Mid-level Full Stack Engineer

Job Summary

Catalyst 3 is looking for a Mid-level Full Stack Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate has a firm understanding of web frameworks, APIs, databases, and multiple languages. They can get up to speed quickly on and contribute to new software development projects and enjoy solving complex problems in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • Expertise engineering scalable, high-performing web applications using various languages and frameworks like React, Angular, Ruby, Python
  • Expertise in relational databases like PostgreSQL
  • Expertise creating, documenting, and consuming APIs
  • Expertise using version control like GitHub
  • Expertise setting up and using CI/CD tools like Jenkins
  • Experience deploying applications to one or more cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, GCP
  • Experience working in a multidisciplinary Agile team environment
  • Ability to apply Agile software engineering principles and practices
  • Ability to select and use the best tool for the job with a focus on open-source solutions
  • Ability to communicate with technical and non-technical audiences

Requirements

  • You must have a minimum of 3 – 7 years of experience
  • You must have a bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering or equivalent experience
  • You must be a U.S. citizen
  • You may be required to obtain a public trust or security clearance
