What to expect when you apply
Our hiring process and timeline can vary from role to role, but you can typically expect:
STEP 1: We’ll review your application against the needs of the team. If you’re a good fit, we’ll reach out via email.
STEP 2: We’ll set-up a video call with a member of the recruiting team. It’s an informal call to get a better understanding of your skills and experience, and give you the opportunity to learn about our company.
STEP 3: We’ll set-up a second video call usually with a project lead and another member of the team that is focused on your skills and experience. Depending on the role, you may be asked to solve a problem in your area of expertise.
STEP 4: The final interview by video call is with an executive of the company. The focus is to see how you can add to Catalyst 3’s culture. You’ll be asked questions about how you communicate, collaborate, and your approach challenging situations at work.
STEP 5: An offer.
